Try this.

$ps aux | grep [v]ncreflector

then as root (fill in the blank with the pid from the line above)

#kill -9 _____

then try to start the vNc session again in TT. I'm thinking maybe you
logged out of the vnc session.  The vncreflector hangs in this case.
Hoping this is your problem.
