Yes, Les-  I just had to update the bios... there was a change in the PXE 
code all the way from 0.99 to 0.99na!!  I was speaking to Eric at 
DisklessWorkstations about another issue and mentioned this problem and he 
also suggested to try to get the pxe portion up to 1.x or 2.x, so I wasn't 
too hopeful but it worked...  Woohoo, more good clients!
