[K12OSN] OT: Command to see network utilization

I have one server that mounts the /home directory on another server via 
NFS. Both servers are connected to the same switch via 100Mb NICs. Is 
there a command I can run on the boxes (one is RH, the other is SuSE 
Enterprise) to see how much of that 100Mb is in use?
