[K12OSN] Releasing Fl_TeacherTool 0.1

I'm afraid that our teachers might not remember to *x-out* of the vnc
window and log out instead.  Is there a way to remove the logout
option in IceWM?   That way I could have specific .icewm prefs for the
account we use for
