Have you tried the VESA driver, just for kicks? In /opt/ltsp/i386/lts.conf:

# Use your MAC addr here
[00:00:00:00:00:00]
	XSERVER = vesa

/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/doc/README.SiS claims support for the 6326, FWIW.
