[K12OSN] Windows -> Samba Printing help on 4.2.1EL

I've got my 4.2.1EL setup up and running, except for one major thing... my windows boxes get "Access Denied" messages when trying to print to the print ques on my server.  I've tried guest = yes, cups options = raw, and the use client driver = yes... but to no avail.  Only users who are set as printer admin can setup and use the printers.  I had it working before on the FC2 version of K12LTSP... so I might try swaping the CUPS configuration to see if it makes a difference (I archived my old /etc).  I do run w/ SELinux enabled (I've had no problems thus far, and nothing shows up in the logs as security context problems, etc)... but this has frustrated me for the past week and a half.  Anyone seen this? Could be a Centos 4.x (RHEL 4.x) configuration difference... 

I really don't want the user's to run as printer admins....

I've only added printers via system-config-printer... and let samba do it's default printer sharing (with the above attempted options, plus some others).  I am authing against Active Directory via LDAP, with Samba in server = ADS mode.
