[K12OSN] Windows on a LTSP network

Two things....I've always had Windows workstations either on the same LAN
or behind an LTSP box....first...check the firewall on the K12LTSP
box....even disable it temporarily....if things work then....now you have
a starting point. Second....in Windows...turn off "auto-detect" proxy
settings in the browser...this will often stop you from getting anywhere.
Make sure the gateway is correctly set....in ipconfig /all....does the
gateway show? Is it the right one? The terminals already know as they
are essentially running on the server....thus no extra hop...but the
Windows machines really need to know what the gateway is....be sure they
are getting the correct info.
