[K12OSN] OT-multiple admins

I have teachers that want access to some of the students folders for 
home work check purposes. I'm running the k12ltspEL version. Before I 
mess with folder permissions so I don't create a huge mess (700+ users), 
What would be the best way to do that? One of the classes is a basic C++ 
programing course, That is one reason I;m staying away from the email thing.
