[K12OSN] Printer GUI

I think the package you want is system-config-printer-gui.  This is what is installed on 
my FC4/K12ltsp 4.4.1 system, complete with gui printer config tool:

system-config-printer-gui-0.6.131.3-1
system-config-printer-0.6.131.3-1
