Could it perhaps be because all of the browsers are appearing to come from
the same place (the LTSP server)?

On a WinXP or Win2K box, try connecting from two separate browsers.
(It's probably best to try two different brand browsers that you know work.
i.e., Internet Explorer and Firefox, or Internet Explorer and Opera.)

If you get a 'refused' on the 2nd browser, then that might be the issue.
