[K12OSN] creating accounts

OK great, thanks guys! I can't try it right now, I have to go in and do 
this tomorrow. Hopefully it all works.

Btw, I whipped a nifty little windows (agh!) app to generate the script 
for creating accounts based on an input file of user names. If anyone 
wants it, let me know... Though it could use a little more work... It 
looks like this:
