The two locations:
http://sunsite.utk.edu/ftp/pub/linux/k12ltsp/4.4.1/iso/
and
http://sunsite.utk.edu/ftp/pub/linux/k12ltsp/4.4.1/i386/

both exist.  They contain basically the same files but in much 
different forms.

The first (with "iso") contains five ISO files which you may
download and then use to burn CDs or mount and make available
with NFS for a "local network install" (which is a good idea,
particularly if you plan to install on more than one machine).

The second (with "i386") has all the individual files that will
be found on the CDs (or in your mounted ISOs) and this is what
the http installation needs.
