[K12OSN] pykota problem

Hey List,
For Pykota to have a "graphical print quota reminder" it needs pyosd. 
However when I installed it, it ended up in lib64 not lib.  How can I
tell the setup.py to use 32bit?  I'm not getting the idea from 'python
setup.py --help".
