[K12OSN] DakTech Server Nic Question intel 82541PI

I also have just received a new DakTech server with the two integrated
NIC's.  Eth0 is fine, but cannot activate eth1.  I checked the BIOS and
both nic's are active.  I am also running K12LTSP 4.2.1.
