[K12OSN] Releasing Fl_TeacherTool 0.1

I love software that is exclusive to ltsp!   Thank you.  But I was
wondering if this could be made to work with a password that is not
the root's password.  I'm not giving that up - heck no.  I'm not the
teacher who will actually use it.
