TTool, my Perl/Tk version of teacher tool does this; see 
www.redhat.com/archives/k12osn/2005-July/msg00564.html
It's not as flashy as the new version by Mr Arkiletian and you must be root to 
run it, so really it is an admin tool.  Also it is a vnc monitor not a vnc reflector, although I might incorporate this one day.
