[K12OSN] Power outage - ldap stopped working

This always works for me when that happens.:

# /etc/init.d/ldap stop
# db_recover -eh /var/lib/ldap
# chown ldap:ldap /var/lib/ldap/__*
# /etc/init.d/ldap start
