[K12OSN] Restrict Window Managers

The document at http://k12ltsp.howtoz.net/k12ltsp/icewm.htm is about making IceWM the 
default WM, but it includes steps on removing the other choices from the login screen. 
You should be able to adapt the steps that doc so that KDE is the only choice.
