[K12OSN] creating accounts

Alright I still can't make this work.

If I do this:

useradd -c "Some Student" -m /home/astudent -G GradeK -p silver astudent

It just prints out the "usage" text for useradd. If I do this:

useradd -c "Some Student" -d /home/astudent -g GradeK astudent -p silver

It runs and creates the account, but the student can't log in. I just can't win heheh... The command looks fine to me, the group exists, why doesn't it run it?
