[K12OSN] adding users to fuse group

Or

for USER in `ls /home/`
do
useradd -G fuse $USER
done

Not sure what if any difference there is in this case between usermod 
and gpasswd; gpasswd is probably newer, perhaps better.  I'm used to 
usermod, but that's probably just showing my age.
