With ltsp4.1 I had music CD's working using cdfs
http://www.elis.ugent.be/~ronsse/cdfs/

I realy haven't gotten my hands dirty with ltsp4.2 yet,  but I guess 
playing music CD's with ltsp4.2 is doable.

Will let you know how it turns out.
