[K12OSN] Desktop Wallpaper

Assuming you're using the default IceWM installation that comes with K12LTSP, the 
desktop, icons, and wallpaper are controlled by Nautilus which is set to automatically 
load with IceWM.  So, Kiosktool probably won't help you there.
