[K12OSN] /etc/hosts help

What is my /etc/hosts file supposed to look like for
the "localhost" line?  Is it supposed to be this:

127.0.0.1  localhost.localdomain  localhost

or this:

127.0.0.1  localhost.localdomain  myserver.mydomain 
localhost  myserver

And is there supposed to be a line for my server's
actual IP address?  Such as:

192.168.1.254  myserver.mydomain  myserver
