[K12OSN] heavy flash blacklist?

Really?  I'd love to see that on my urlfilter/advproxy setup - I've been 
using calamaris to see which sites are using the most bandwidth and then 
blocking where appropriate.  I'm getting my blacklist from MESD... </hint>
