[K12OSN] K12LTSP Server Boot Problems

An older K12LTSP server (v4) is not booting after a power issue this 
past weekend.  During the boot process, I get some errors. 

An example of an error line is:

Starting NFS Quotas: rpc.rquotad: error while loading shared libraries: 
1ibusl.so.1 cannot open object file: no such file or directory

Then when

Starting NFS Daemon:

it hangs and does not go any further.

This is a server with SCSI drives.

Any advice?
