[K12OSN] dueling livna yum repos

I see the FC5 xmms-mp3 package on the livna.cat.pdx.edu mirror:

 http://livna.cat.pdx.edu/fedora/5/i386/xmms-mp3-1.2.10-3.lvn5.i386.rpm


But I also see that the baseurl is wrong...  when I get the chance I'll
update /etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo to contain the same config as the one
livna suggests:
