[K12OSN] Updates now available for LTSP-4.2

We (Multnomah ESD, which hosts the K12LTSP repository) had a major
outage this morning. We're just back up within the last half hour and
ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us, http://k12linux.org, http://k12linux.org,
etc should be reachable again.
