[K12OSN] Yum update = greeter crash on server and clients

Well, if I had only checked the server i would have found that the yum 
update killed something that affects the greeter.

At server boot I get a message that says the greeter has died...  i clicked 
ok and now i have the default k12ltsp logon screen.  The clients still don't 
have a logon.

My  /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf is gone since the yum update, too...  I've copied 
one in from my fc4 install...

Rebooted but no change. The greeter comes with a crash error and then after 
clicking ok it restarts.  Entering the gdm configuration menu works then 
crashes!

Help!
