dev12250 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0E:0C:51:A9:9E
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0F:1F:68:A9:39
eth2 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0E:0C:51:99:1C
lo Link encap:Local Loopback

So apparently, the MAC address for the third NIC is xx:9e above.

alias eth0 e1000
alias eth2 e100
alias scsi_hostadapter aic7xxx
alias scsi_hostadapter1 megaraid
alias usb-controller usb-uhci
alias eth1 e100

grep eth /etc/modprobe.conf
returns:
alias eth0 e1000
alias eth1 e100
alias eth2 e100

lspci | grep Ethernet
returns:

03:01.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corp. 82544GC Gigabit Ethernet
Controller (LOM) (rev 02)
05:04.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corp. 82557/8/9 [Ethernet Pro 100] (rev
0d)
06:03.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corp. 82557/8/9 [Ethernet Pro 100] (rev
0d)

I think I can get it configured now. . .

I know the MAC address!

Thanks and I will post results soon. . .
