[K12OSN] Remote user login by consultant

Hi everyone !

I'm running a LTS project in a library and it's working fine. Clients are 
now on two floors and each floor has a consultant who logs users in every 
time they want to use the client. Now I have a question : is there a way 
consultant can log in a user without leaving his/her desk ?
For example Tom comes to 7th floor readingroom and wants to use the 
terminal. If there is a free workstation available, consultant points it out 
to Tom and logs him in. Tom walks to the terminal and can start using it 
without waiting for the consultant.

Is there a way to do that ?
