[K12OSN] *-PDC config?

I actually don't have any non win2k boxes to try from...  I've rebooted the
win2k box a few times since I've changed it. There is not an LMhosts on the
2k machine.

  If it works from non-windows boxes it could be in a Win2k WINS cache. 
(On XP this is done by "nbtstat -RR") Also, is there an lmhosts on the 
2k machine to lessen WINS/broadcast requests?
