[K12OSN] ssh keys for new server

And the ssh system keys (the ones remote users will
use to verify the identity of the server they're
connecting to) are in /etc/ssh.  They can be copied to
the new server, but I wouldn't do it unless you're
decomissioning the old server.  I wouldn't want to
have 2 servers with the same keys.
