[K12OSN] Copying /home from K12ltsp 4.2 to 5.0

I believe all the .configure files will work properly.
 I've kept the same /home directory through the
following upgrades with no .configure problems:

Mandrake 10.0 to
Mandrake 10.1 to
Ubuntu 5.04 to
Ubuntu 5.10 to
Ubuntu 6.06
