[K12OSN] PXE boot stopped working after upgrade to 5.0

I noticed something similar. In K12LTSP 4.2.1 all my PXE clients
booted straight without configuration. Now only clients specified in
dhcpd.conf and lts.conf boot. It's not a problem for me because I like
to set up my clients with sound and I have to specify that in lts.conf
anyway.
