[K12OSN] OT: Test Generation Software

Considering many on this list are teachers, some of you must be using test
generation software. Under Windows there  are many choices. Although some of
these work 95% using wine. I was wondering if anyone knew of a Linux based
FOSS alternative.

I know that Moodle has an online quiz module but I am looking for one which
is mainly used for paper tests.
Features like scrambling order of questions and/or multiple choice
alternatives.
