[K12OSN] power...clients won't shut off like they used to

We turn our terminals off with ltspinfo, run from a cron job. It could 
just as easily be done from a desktop icon. This way, they are never 
left on overnight. On the other hand, when you're in late, it's a pain. 
That happens so rarely that we don't worry about it, but you could do 
something with w to identify terminal where someone is logged on and not 
turn them off.
