[K12OSN] edit global settings for preferences for all users?

Sudev, thank you for your prompt reply. So your answer is "yes". My follow
up question would be "how?" :)
What is the syntax, and how do I put it in? I guess I am asking "can I add
in line parameters to specify themes, mouse and keyboard settings?"

The default settings section in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf at the top
is where you can set specific settings if they are common to all
users.
