RPMs are usually digitally "signed" by their creators, to prevent
others from distributing altered (trojaned, for example) RPMs.

Apparently ATrpms has changed the location of the GPG key. In your
at.repo file, change the gpgkey line to:

gpgkey=http://www.atrpms.net/RPM-GPG-KEY.atrpms
