[K12OSN] Internet access restricted to some computers

[Krsnendu Dasa]

I changed the ip address of my laptop to a different ip address. Now it
works. I would like to know how to unblock the old  ip address. I have also
noticed that the ipphone we have in the office has also stopped working.
