[K12OSN] terminals now fail to boot - Update

Hi Jim,

Thanks to the link to the wiki. I made the change to include next-server
192.168.0.254; but still no boot. It appears that I have Internet Systems
Consortium DHCP Server v3.0.2 (thanks to an error msg. when I forgot the ;
on the 1st try)

Terminals still fail to boot.

In your updates, it's possible that dhcpd got updated to the newest 3.0.3
release, which has a problem that requires the addition of 'next-server'
to the config file.
