[K12OSN] terminals now fail to boot - Update

Alex-

If you have dhcpd 3.0.2 try this:

1.  rm /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases*
2.  service dhcpd restart

Then, if that works, try to upgrade to 3.0.3.  3.0.2 has a known bug
with leases.
