[K12OSN] OT: Installing Centre

I have a hosting package w/ cPanel.  I'm dead in the water with my Centre
install.  The errors are all sequence-related.  Example:

ERROR: permission denied for sequence staff_seq

Argh!  I don't have shell access; does anyone have any idea how to fix
this?  I do have phpPgAdmin, but I don't see any options for changing
permissions for sequences in there.
