[K12OSN] more smbldap errors

After installing smbldap, I deleted the directory. Then I recreated it
as root. (I didn't realize I was only supposed to delete the contents
of the directory.) Then I did slapadd -l to copy file from previous
server.
When I rebooted the server it failed to boot with the following messages.

/var/lib/ldap/ objectClass.bdb is not owned by "ldap"
And similar messages for all files in ldap directory.
It then says
"Checking configuration files for slapd: bdb_db_open: alock package is
unstable backend_startup_one: bi_db_open failed (-1)
slap_startup failed (test wold succeed wusing the -u switch)

The boot process freezes at the point where it says
starting NFS quotas.

Seems like I should have made sure the ldap directory was owned by ldap.

What can I do now? The server doesn't boot.
