[K12OSN] K12LTSP v5.0 (64bit) Client bootup problem

I cant get some of my LTSP clients to boot via PXE on K12LTSP V5.0 64bit (Final). The clients show BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0! after it shows "Running dhcpcd on port 67". Below are the screenshots of the bootup process. Im trying to get this server up before school starts (Monday). eeek! Btw- it works fine on the older 4.x.x distros. Any ideas? 

Server Specs:
AMD AM2 4600+ 64x2
Corsair 2Gb (800DDR2)
MSI K9N SLI Platinum (Built in dual 10/100/100 & SATA2)
Raptor 150GB 10K 16MB SATA hdd

Clients:
All 15 Clients are the same. (6 of them wont boot and gives a BUG: Error)
Nic- 3Com 3c905C-TXM (PXE)
