[K12OSN] how do I change default LTSP logo at login screen?

Yes, dumb question, and very old, but, how do I change the default logo
picture for the LTSP client logins?

I tried both jpg and bmp, and neither worked. Do they have to be a certain
size? 

I was also wondering if I have to place the source picture in a certain
folder that's accessible by all upon boot?

Please respond tonight because I have to get the new logo in place at school
tomorrow; we have no internet there yet.
