[K12OSN] Double Floppy folder when using USB drive on clients

Anyone able to find out how to fix the double floppy drive icon on the desktop when using a usb drive on the clients? Im using K12LTSP v5.0 (64bit). I cant seem to find much in the logs except what you see below. Thanks!
