[K12OSN] consistent desktops

Hello,

I have a question concerning maintaining a consistent desktop for all users. I 
know about changing the wallpaper and adding icons to the desktop but I want 
to add the Log Out button on the taskbar so that any user that logons they 
will see the log out button w/out having to search the menu's.

Or change the default homepage for Firefox so that all users will have the new 
default page.

Or delete some of the submenu's in the Application menu.

Can this be done with K12ltsp 4.4.1 ?
