[K12OSN] DHCP

All,
 
I am running K12LTSP's Fedora 5 version of Linux.  I am haveing trouble getting DHCP to work.  It says that it is running, however it does not issue any IP's.  It did work at first issuing 192.168.1.X numbers.  I desire it to issue 192.168.2.x numbers.  I have changed the dhcpd.conf file to reflect.
 
Pleaes help.
