[K12OSN] file missing -- /usr/bin/enable

I don't have K12LTSP server handy, but on a CentOS 4.3 machine I get  
this:

# rpm -qf /usr/bin/enable
cups-1.1.22-0.rc1.9.10

Guess it's part of the cups package on Fedora/K12LTSP too then.
