While storage adds costs it is relevant to know that lots of schools
(all over the world) may not have bandwidth, even connectivity.

After a thought it is not an easy list to leave out things out of K12 offerings.

BUT if the end institution is going to have a server for terminal
services it is more than likely to have DVD now.
